Return Policy

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

1. Call our customer service at (888) 474-7735 to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
2. Pack the goods to be returned and visibly affix the RGA number to the outside of the package. Include a letter with the reason for return in the package.
3. Return the package via regular mail.*

*Oversized items should be returned via UPS. (including all massage tables, inversion tables, body rails, wall bar units, medicine ball stands, body toning bar stands, treadmills, and other oversized items)

We cannot refund your original shipping charges unless the goods are returned due to a manufacturer's defect and therefore are under warranty. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.
