Resistance bands have the unique ability to provide resistance throughout the entire movement. Use your bands to strengthen, tone, and shape your upper & lower body. Excellent bands for Pilate's, yoga, strength training and physical therapy. Color code progressive resistance shows the progress from one level to the next. The Theragear Fit Band Resistant System increases difficulty from green to pink and then violet. Having a set allows you to use the band that fits the muscles being toned. For example, the pink are perfect for most arm workouts, while the violet are great for legs. You can even tie them into loops for some exercises. The green are perfect for the muscle groups that aren't yet strong enough for the pink bands. The set also includes a door attachment that safely and securely holds the band to a closed door providing you with more workout options. Great for Pilates and Yoga.
