I like having the ability to sit actively at work without the fear of popping this by rolling over a staple on the ground. Plus, the small size makes it easy to push it out of the way when not in use. The only complaint I'd have is that it gets very warm quickly, but turning it over resolves the issue.

Recently I ordered a small quantity of Ergo Sits for coworkers and myself after another coworker purchased one from her chiropracter (though she didn't pay shipping, we still got ours for $5-$6 less buying ours from Amazon). We have been "actively sitting" for a couple of weeks now; this has helped alleviate some of my backache from sitting all day, and during the week I wake up with less back pain. The manufacturer's website mentions children's versions being used for kids with ADHD, as it keeps them focused a bit more; I am finding some benefit there as well. I am thinking about ordering one for home!

I love the Ergo Sit I bought through Amazon. I use it for myself to stregthen my core or simply when I want a soft seat to sit on the floor. Also, as a massage therapist, I use it with my chair massage clients. It allows them to sit comfortably on the chair seat, places them in a more forward position and allows me greater ease to move their body from side to side while on the chair - creating a gentle rocking of the hips. It's a great product and totally worth the investment.
