Description

The Core Disc Plus provides a 18" area for advanced balance training. Use it for two leg static & dynamic balance training, kneeling or sitting. Core strength and joint stability is increased by the added instability. Adjust air to increase or decrease difficulty level. Round side up for advanced users. Flat side down for intermediate users. Please note needle pump is not included

4BalanceFit Plus 18"  May 23, 2008
This really helps your low back pain if you sit for a long time! Have one on my desk chair and got a second one to put on my living room upholstered chair -- since I'm a chair potato! You'll wobble at first but that's the point--to keep changing up your muscle usage. Eventually, you don't even notice the wobble. I like the 18 inch width as it fits better to my chairs. Other brands are narrower. The material it's made of is sturdy. I've used it continuously for 4 months with no deflation. I've deducted a star for the fact that it came with nothing to blow it up--i had to find a friend with a bicycle pump-- and i wish it were cheaper.
