Like most exercise products you have to use it to get any benefits. I used the balance Pad abt.
10 min a day to
work on my stability after knee surgery.

I first heard and used a balance pad while having physical therapy. It was such a helpful, useful exercise, I wanted one for my home. The one at the PT was another brand, but this one is just like it in size and shape and quality, except that it is a little thicker.

I liked the product and the price of it.
However after two weeks of using it, it seemed to be defective.
Customer service had me send ait back and gave me a new replacement.
Couldn't ask for better customer service than that.
