Some Assembly Instructions Required Dec 10, 2009 I am so excited to have this chair. I've sat on a regular stability ball in the past but a ball without a frame is too low. Unfortunately, there are no assembly instructions for the chair! There are directions on blowing up the ball (well, who wouldn't be able to figure that out?) but there are no directions on putting the chair together. Quality control is definitely lacking at this company because a previous reviewer said his came with a poor quality pump, which puts that reviewer one ahead of me. Fortunately I own a bike pump, although the instructions in one place recommend the type of pump used for mattresses and in another recommend a bike pump. Hopefully these reviews on Amazon will reach the ears of the company and they will step up their game.

Wrong size ball Oct 29, 2008 The ball I received with this chair is the wrong size. Far too small.
If I had the right size ball I would probably give it a higher score.

Great value and health benefits Sep 25, 2008 The fit ball chair is a great way to improve posture if you sit at a desk all day. In one week (sitting on the ball chair for 8 hours a day) I have seen a positive difference in my posture, my muscle tone around my waist, back and legs. I do not find any discomfort in using the chair all day and don't feel the need to switch between it and a regular office chair. One caveat is that the pump that is included with the ball is somewhat cheap, and the chair I received had a broken screw handle on the back support bolt. Still usable, but broken nonetheless.
I recommend this for anyone who wants to see improvement in their posture and tone their mid section while working away at a desk. Ordering this particular chair is a considerable savings over some of the other chairs shown, for what I believe to be the same item.
