Great value and health benefits Sep 25, 2008
By Zoobabu The fit ball chair is a great way to improve posture if you sit at a desk all day. In one week (sitting on the ball chair for 8 hours a day) I have seen a positive difference in my posture, my muscle tone around my waist, back and legs. I do not find any discomfort in using the chair all day and don't feel the need to switch between it and a regular office chair. One caveat is that the pump that is included with the ball is somewhat cheap, and the chair I received had a broken screw handle on the back support bolt. Still usable, but broken nonetheless.
I recommend this for anyone who wants to see improvement in their posture and tone their mid section while working away at a desk. Ordering this particular chair is a considerable savings over some of the other chairs shown, for what I believe to be the same item.

Some Assembly Instructions Required Dec 10, 2009
By simone I am so excited to have this chair. I've sat on a regular stability ball in the past but a ball without a frame is too low. I had a lot of questions but once I put the instructions aside, I did figure out how to assemble the chair. The pump is not very good and I hope your triceps are in good shape because they will work to pump up the ball! Fortunately I own a bike pump, although the instructions in one place recommend a bike pump and in another say not to use a bike pump and finally, they recommend the type of pump used for air mattresses. Hopefully these reviews on Amazon will reach the ears of the company and they will step up their game.
I did move after buying this chair and I unplugged the ball to deflate. My husband packed the ball but not the plug and left the white plug sitting on a white window sill. I sent an email to the company and they sent me a new plug free of charge.

Wrong size ball Oct 29, 2008
By Intragal The ball I received with this chair is the wrong size. Far too small.
If I had the right size ball I would probably give it a higher score.
