 Great For Lower Body Workouts Apr 15, 2011

I had a difficult time finding ankle tubes like this for my lower body workouts. In local stores, I was only able to find the plain elastic bands that you tie around your ankles. I found those irritating to my legs and they wouldn't stay put during exercise. With the velcro closures the bands stay in place. I bought three different levels of bands to challenge my workouts. When I received the package I was immediately impressed by the ankle cushioning of the bands. The first time I used them I loved them.

I ordered this on recommendation from 24 Hour Fitness, for doing the funny-looking sideways walk with knees bent. It was actually difficult to locate online, and impossible to find in stores. The ankle attachments could be a little larger, but this does the job just fine.
