I ordered this to replace my Firm sculpting stick, which broke into three pieces. This is an excellent sculpting bar as it is one solid piece. Also, the size and padding make it very comfortable to hold.

This bar was more heavily padded than I'm used to, I didnt like that too much, but I did finally get used to it. it works fine and is a good deal price wise, Its hard to find a 6lb so.. I was thrilled to find this one, a good buy!!
also, if you havent done body bar before, 6lbs might not seem like much but trust me for some of the things you'll be doing, 6lbs is a LOT. for a beginner or just on those days you really want a light workout (for those who use the really heavier bars and have worked up to a higher lvl) this is a good weight!
